The La Muela Freeride returns after an awesome debut last year.
The track played host to skaters from all over Spain (and a few from Sweden) at the inaugural event last year. Worked tirelessly on by locals Paula and Nacho, hand in hand with the LGC to deliver a really fun event.
La Muela Freeride II is organized by Longboard Zaragoza, Longboard Girls Crew and Caribbean. This year’s freeride has a new approach and all the profits will be donated to the charity KASAK. It’s an organization that works to promote social sustainability in urban and rural Nicaragua.
La Muela has 2 circuits for different skill levels. The first one is a 1.5 km track with 10 hairpins for speed and freeride lovers, and the second is a straight 1.2 km road for chill riding and dancing.
Within the freeride itself, the organizers have come up with a series of activities so it will be fun for everyone: Slalom (at the famous expo, expect the Caribbean family to bring their usual flavour), Hippy Jump, Dancing and Trick clinic, a freeride Clinic for beginners and Indo Board.
The event is sponsored by: Lush Longboards.
Thanks to the sponsors that are supporting this event as well: Rip Tide, Rey Trucks, Long Island, Goat, Cult Wheels, Buddywood, FortRate, Grado90, Sector 9, e5 store, b2 longboards.
